One of The Lykos Group’s most interesting projects is this home currently under expansion and renovation at Quail Creek in Naples.

Owners Brad and Ellen Wigglesworth opted not just for a new look, but also have added energy efficient features to their home. These include the installation of a standing seam metal roof on which will be mounted self-adhesive solar panels, a more aesthetically pleasing alternative to conventional solar panels that will provide an auxiliary power system tied into the home’s power grid. The home’s meter will actually turn backwards as the solar panels provide energy, resulting in a savings on electricity costs.
The home’s renovations are slated for completion at the end of April.
